Goodreads #25

My goodreads this week include more Team Honk (can you believe it has almost finished) and cycling. As I’ve had a quiet quiet week for blog reading (and writing), I’ve also included the topics being discussed in a Google+ community, please come and join in.

Plus don’t forget about my survey so you can tell me what you’d like to see more of on my blog. It is just a list of tick boxes under one question  so doesn’t take long and I’d love a few more responses before I close it.

Hi Kate, thanks so much for including my posts in your good reads for this week. I’m very flattered. About to sit down with a cuppa and have a read through the others you have linked up. Thanks for sharing :)

I’ve ordered the dvd from the library because B keeps asking to borrow it from there. Hopefully they’ll get it in stock soon and she can have the excitement of asking to borrow it.

Mummy Barrow’s Team Honk post is great, and I’m still astounded by what they managed to achieve. I really enjoyed the G+ discussion about reading, I am trying to read 52 books this year, to push myself to go back to picking up books, rather than just wandering through social media or glazing over in front of the TV.

Very interested in your comment about books. I didn’t read fiction last year because I realised I was reading at the expense of other activities, I haven’t picked up fiction reading again so maybe I’ve just substituted it for spending time on the internet particularly social media.
