Many happy returns! Two years of blogging… What have you learnt so far?

I’ve only been doing ‘real’ blogging for one year, before that it was on livejournal and was a mixed collection of thoughts and ideas (but I still drop in there when I can because I have friends there).
The key thing I have learnt and hope to act on is – it is good to have a plan enabling you to prepare posts in advance. I believe I rely too much on last minute posts at the moment.
