The last month has been slower than I would have liked with regards my progress, but worryingly the last 30 days have disappeared very quickly (I’ll be 30 before I know it).
I am still exercising, but I have not been as strict the last few weeks. My appetite has decreased though so I am now (usually eating) smaller portion sizes.
I am waiting to hear about my annual pay rise at the moment. In the six years I’ve worked for my company I have never heard this late and it has always gone into my August or September pay, we aren’t desperate for the money though and it is likely to go straight into savings or the mortgage.
While I was away with work, I brainstormed my thoughts sparked by my previous post Goals: The past, present and future review. This will be very useful for my next step in identifying my goals.The career point was a difficult one to judge this month because there is lots going on; some very exciting and some not so good. I’m hoping the exciting projects will have more impact on my life than the other things so we will wait to see what happens in the next month.
Fingers crossed the next month is going to be an exciting one with my pay rise and new projects starting, but I need to ensure I keep progressing my goal project as well.
