Feeling tired in the morning, something that hasn’t changed in 25 years; but now as a parent of two young children I find it amusing that I thought I was tired then. I’ve written about my attempt to improve my sleep before, and since reading I can make you sleep by Paul McKenna I fall asleep much quicker. This year I’ve been working on getting to sleep earlier, although this is not as easy as I’d like because I’m naturally a night owl (and that is why I’m writing at midnight).
