Goals – yes I have made progress on my goals; I have completed a brainstorm on what I want.
Fitness – I made it to the gym in the middle of December before we went away from Christmas; I enjoyed it at the time, but really felt it afterwards. Despite the abundance of parties and food around Christmas my weight stayed the same at 67.2kg
Tasks – good news, my task list got shorter during December to 93 days behind. However it got dramatically shorter by the time I returned to work yesterday, I’ll explain how in a post next week.
